Our buildings are built to the same national and local building codes as a site built building, have the same wind resistance requirements and are manufactured using the same high quality building materials and components.
SPEED:
One of the advantages to our buildings are the speed by which they can be produced; the benefit of the climate controlled production facility which eliminates any weather delays and the fact that all sub-trades are assembled under one roof. The production line technique allows for simultaneous construction of each major sub-assembly. This controlled factory environment also provides for a better quality assurance program than on-site construction.
